Meet The Team

Tom is the former Executive Director of B Lab South-East Asia and a GLT member. In addition to B Corp, where Tom has guided some of the largest businesses to certification, Tom has broad sustainability consulting experience on topics such as Supply Chain Analysis, Reporting, ESG Strategies, EcoVadis and CSRD.

Previously, Tom was a Sustainability Manager in the Construction Industry, supporting some of London's largest developments. 

With over 10 years of experience in sustainability, including positions at PwC and Lloyds Banking Group, Ben brings along a broad skillset and experience in supporting some of the world’s largest businesses in ESG Strategy, Climate Risk and Net-Zero strategies, B Corp Certification and Corporate Reporting.

Ben is also a social entrepreneur and has initiated various social enterprises, for which he received the UNESCO Youth Leader and 30 Under 30 Changemaker awards.

Rachael specialises in assessing climate related transition risks and opportunities, utilising her expertise in scenario modelling and climate risk analysis. With a robust background in mathematics and environmental science, developed through her roles as a senior sustainability consultant at KPMG, she possesses a deep understanding of the intersection between business and the environment. Rachael has effectively supported various businesses in identifying climate-related transition risks and opportunities, helping to shape their short, medium, and long-term strategies for climate resilience.

Aubrey is a sustainability consultant with experience supporting organisations on sustainability strategy, environmental compliance, and operational transformation. Prior to joining Adelie, Aubrey worked across consulting and industry roles, including at dss+ and Amazon, where he supported businesses in managing complex operational and sustainability challenges.

Alongside his consulting work, Aubrey also serves as a District Councillor and School Governor, bringing a strong understanding of stakeholder engagement, governance, and leadership to his work with organisations across different sectors.

Anton is a creative thinker, innovation leader and sustainability strategists with over 20 years of global experience across consulting, startups, and multinationals. His roles include Director of Global Innovation Sustainability at PepsiCo, and Head of Design & Strategy at clean energy startup BioLite. Anton has worked across the US, Europe, Africa and Asia, successfully developing and deploying 100+ products and services.

Anton specializes in systems thinking, cultural insight, and co-creation to drive organizational transformation and regenerative business models, to support long-term, purpose-driven impact.

James is a sustainability consultant specialising in B Corp certification, ESG strategy, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability reporting. Prior to joining Adelie, James spent over four years at B Lab UK, where he supported and exchanged with more than 1,500 companies on their B Corp journeys, including some of the UK’s most recognised purpose-driven businesses.

Based in Singapore, James brings deep expertise and practical knowledge of certification frameworks and ESG strategy, helping organisations translate sustainability ambitions into meaningful business transformation.

Radha is a senior consultant specialising in Circular Economy strategy and waste management. She has led cross-sector projects that enable companies to turn waste into value through industrial symbiosis and resource efficiency solutions.

With experience across the UK and internationally, Radha combines technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement and delivery skills. She also lectures on sustainability and Circular Economy topics and volunteers with Climate Ed, inspiring the next generation on climate action.

Pauline is an experienced CSRD report writer, affiliated B Leader and business developer. Introduced to the B Corp movement in 2019, she realised she wanted to work with like-minded purpose-driven companies and help them pursue their sustainability goals. As a B Leader, Pauline helps for-profit companies gain the B Corp status by supporting them along their journey to certification. In addition, she also is an expert in the ISO 14001 Standard, a globally recognized environmental management system.

Ian is a former award-winning journalist who moved into marketing, enjoying roles as a creative director at two London agencies, before becoming a copywriter and editor. He has contributed to complex sustainability reports across different sectors, including Nestlé’s 2021, 2022 and 2023 Creating Shared Value Reports, and is competent in writing under various reporting standards and requirements.
